RESPONSIBILITIES 岗位职责
1. The software front-end engineer will collaborate with design and engineering staff not just to implement UI but also to partner on design and back-end decisions, choices and trade-offs.
软件前端工程师将与设计和工程人员合作，不仅要实施 UI，还要在设计和后端决策、选择和权衡方面进行合作。
2. Architect, code, test and monitor the front-end UI, ensuring quality and performance of the product.

3. Author the core components of the front-end infrastructure;
编写前端基础设施的核心组件；
4. Be accountable for future technical needs of the project;
对项目未来的技术需求负责；
5. Closely work with the back-end and product development teams and to other cross-functional colleagues;
与后端和产品开发团队以及其他跨职能同事密切合作；
6. Be engaged in code review sessions and product testing;
参与代码审查会议和产品测试；
7. Suggest new features to add to the existing platform on a standalone basis with minimal oversight, collaborating with other engineers to produce an operational / functional software;
建议在独立基础上添加到现有平台的新功能，尽量减少监督，与其他工程师合作制作操作/功能软件；
8. Nurture a culture of collaboration, mentorship, drive and passion in the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS 任职要求
1. Education requirements: B.S. Degree Computer Science or closely related field, certification or equivalent experience; master’s Degree preferred.
学历要求：计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位，认证或同等经验；硕士学位优先。
2. At least 3 year of experience in a relevant or related field as a Front-End Engineer.
三年以上的前端工程师或相关领域工作经验。
3. Experience with eCommerce marketplaces and/or platforms and API preferred.
有电子商务市场和/或平台和 API 经验者优先。
4. Legal status to work in the United States.
在美国工作的合法身份。
5. Must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills in Mandarin and English and work effectively with cross-functional teams including non-technical colleagues;
具备流畅的英语与中文书面口头沟通技巧，并与包括非技术同事在内的跨职能团队有效合作；
6. Has strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills;
具有较强的组织、分析和解决问题的能力；
7. Must have knowledge, passion and good practices for current trends in web development;
必须对Web 开发的当前趋势和最佳实践具有知识和热情；
8. Must have deep understanding on performance, latency and security issues;
必须对性能、延迟和安全问题有深刻的理解；
9. Must be innovative and professional on technical details;

10. Strong knowledge and experience in JavaScript, familiar with Vue.js, or other JavaScript framework (such as React.js, Next.js, etc.).
