项目经理实习生 Project Manager Trainee

What you will be doing:
The Project Manager Trainee, will work with a Sales Manager/VP and will be guided as they work with customers and provide project management from release of product to production through shipping of the project. With guidance from the Sales/Project Manager, will review architectural plans and specification and prepare complete and accurate submittals to our customers. In addition, responsibilities will include responding to technical inquiries.

La Mirada, CA

General Accountabilities
-Manages project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
-Develops or updates project plans for projects.
-Monitors or tracks project milestones and deliverables.
-Interfaces with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
-Develops and manages work breakdown structure of marketing projects.
-Submits project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
-Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
-Establishes and executes a project communication plan.
-Schedules and facilitates meetings related to projects.
-Performs other related duties as assigned by the management.
