Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Reporting to: CEO, Miniso USA
Department: Human Resources

Position Summary
In this position, you will oversee the full spectrum of Human Resource deparment including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations & Retention and Payroll, other HR related duties.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES INCLUE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
1. Responsible for the development of policies and procedure and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals
2. Coordinates the implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs
3. Develops and monitors an annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition,community events support, company philanthropic giving, and benefits administration
4. Coordinates all Human Resources training programs and assigns the authority or responsibility of Human Resources and managers within those programs.
5. Selects and supervises Human Resources related suppliers
6. Partners with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, and laws
7. Leads the implementation of company safety and health programs. Monitors the tracking of OSHA-required data
8. Manages employee communication and feedback through such avenues as company meetings, suggestion programs, employee engagement surveys, newsletters, employee focus groups, one on-one meetings, and Intranet use
9. Leads company compliance with all existing government reporting requirements including any related to the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), the Department of Labor, worker compensation, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and so forth. Maintains minimal company exposure to lawsuits.
10. Establishes the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises
11. Establishes and leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce
12. Leads company culture building.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development
• Bilingual in English and Chinese is highly preferred
• PHR/SHRM-SCP Certification preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions with proven experience,
• Human Resources experience in retail experience is preferred
• Excellent organizational management skills
• Possess ongoing affiliations with leaders in successful companies and organizations that practice effective Human Resources Management
