Lab Supervisor/Manager

Full-Time Position

$48,000 - $60,000
Health, Dental, and Vision insurance are also available after 90 days probationary period.
Responsibilities:

· Planning testing according to request from the R&D department

· Runs and ensure samples are tested on time using correct methods

· Maintains and records quality control activities.

· Ensure procedures are in place for test results assessment

· Ensure secure/reliable storage for samples

· Performs all other laboratory department duties as needed

Requirements:

· Excellent oral, written communication, interpersonal and persuasive skills

· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines are given

· 3+ years’ relevant experience highly preferred

· Experience in testing vaping device preferred

· Experience in Cannabis/vaping industry preferred

· Management experience of small sales team preferred
