Responsibilities：
Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the overall creative design plan of the event posters;
Responsible for communicating with the demand side and promoting the final completion of the posters;
Complete the graphic design of the event posters independently

Requirements：
Skilled design skills
Good at catching popular trends
Have a broad industry vision and aesthetic standards
Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and other design tools, with hand-painting ability is preferred
Have a good cooperative attitude and team spirit, can withstand high-intensity work pressure.

Attention:
This is an unpaid internship that may convert into a fulltime job in the future.

岗位职责：
1、负责活动海报的整体创意设计方案制定与实施；
2、负责与需求方沟通，推动海报的最终完成；
3、独立完成活动海报平面设计

任职要求：
1、具有娴熟的设计技巧，善于捕捉流行趋势，并能推动团队的设计能力；
2、拥有宽广的行业视野与审美标准；
3、精通Photoshop、Illustartor、Flash等设计工具，有手绘能力优先；
4、具备良好的合作态度及团队精神，能承受高强度的工作压力。
注意：
这是一个无薪的实习，有转正的机会。适合在校学生及毕业应届生。
