Position: Sales Support Assistant
Job Type: Full Time
Office Location: Duluth, GA

Job Summary:

Sales Support Assistant works with the mortgage loan officers, assisting them by working with customers and collecting loan documents. This position requires monitoring the status of applications and coordinating with others to ensure that files are moving forward and will close in a timely manner.

Job duties and responsibilities:

1. Collect required loan documents from clients
2. Create and compile client loan profiles and update loan files, if needed
3. Adhere in accordance with Regulatory Agencies and Company Internal Policy Rules.
4. Organize and manage file’s accuracy and completeness
5. Other miscellaneous duties and tasks as specifically assigned by Team Manager

Skills and Experience:

1. Fluent in Mandarin and English
2. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degrees preferred or office work experience
3. Excellent work ethic
4. Excellent customer service
5. Able to multi-task
6. Able to work under fast-paced environment
7. Able to work well with others
8. Knowledgeable and experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
